Ever since I was little, I have been fascinated by smells and tastes.
When it came to choosing a profession, this passion soon led me to fine
dining, and from there to wine.
I keep my finger on the pulse by staying up to date with my professional
training, going on wine trips and attending international tastings.
I am delighted to be able to pass my knowledge and passion on to you.
